Job Description
Corporate Accounts Manager – Remote

Summary:
Pace Analytical is hiring a Corporate Accounts Manager to oversee and grow our master service agreements as part of our Corporate Accounts Program. This key role involves supporting the sales team, strengthening client relationships, and expanding our national account portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

– Drive growth among new and existing corporate contract clients.
– Oversee and manage master service agreements for all corporate accounts.
– Share essential account information with internal teams.
– Track and report on sales and key account performance.
– Partner with regional Account Executives to manage accounts within their territories.
– Travel to client locations and regional offices across the U.S. (approximately 60%).
– Analyze account data to identify trends and provide strategic insights.
– Maintain accurate account records, forms, and databases.
– Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
– Participate in team initiatives and contribute to ongoing improvements.
– Represent Pace Analytical with professionalism and a commitment to excellent service.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, Operations, or a related field.
– At least 5 years of account management experience, ideally in environmental laboratory services or a related industry.
– Demonstrated experience managing master service agreements or strategic accounts.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

– Strong understanding of the sales process and client relationship management.
– Required experience in environmental testing.
– Preferred expertise in environmental laboratory services.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.
– Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with remote teams.
– High attention to detail and professionalism.

Compensation: $90,000 – $95,000 annually
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
