POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a talented Creative Graphic Designer to help bring our brand to life through innovative and engaging visuals across both digital and print platforms. In this role, you’ll work closely with teams in marketing, sales, admissions, operations, and academics to create compelling content that resonates with our global student audience. Your designs will support international campaigns, social media, event marketing, and brand storytelling.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Design and develop creative assets for digital channels (social media, websites, emails, digital ads) and print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, and event collateral).
– Uphold and evolve the visual identity of our family of educational brands while exploring fresh and innovative design ideas.
– Partner with marketing and cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and deliver visually impactful and user-friendly designs.
– Produce original graphics, illustrations, and layouts tailored to diverse cultural audiences.
– Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
– Contribute to web and landing page design with a solid understanding of UX/UI principles, including structure, accessibility, and responsive design.
– Assist in the creation and occasional editing of photo and video content.
– Keep up with current design trends, UX best practices, and strategies in education marketing.
– Ensure all creative assets are optimized for their respective platforms and align with ILSC’s brand standards and messaging.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design (experience in education or international markets is a plus).
– A strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, brand development, digital layout expertise, and multi-platform campaigns.
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar tools is a bonus.
– Solid grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and digital design principles.
– Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective time management.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
– Comfortable working within brand guidelines while knowing when to creatively innovate.
– A positive attitude and a genuine passion for education, global citizenship, and multicultural engagement.
BONUS SKILLS:
– Experience in B2B marketing or the international education industry.
– Experience writing for ESL or international student audiences.
– Experience designing for multilingual and multicultural markets.
– Familiarity with Canva and creating branded templates in PowerPoint and other Microsoft tools.
