What you’ll do as a Cookie Crew member:
– Greet customers quickly and take orders accurately
– Help guests navigate the menu and confirm orders
– Provide friendly service in person and over the phone
– Bake cookies and serve ice cream to perfection
– Package and send out warm, accurate delivery orders
– Handle payments with accuracy
– Keep the bakery clean and sanitized

What we’re looking for:
– Preferably 6+ months of customer service experience
– Friendly, outgoing, and authentic personality
– Passion for customer service and going above and beyond
– Strong communication, organization, and math skills
– Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
– Must be 18 or older
– Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
– Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
