Here are some of the challenges waiting for you at BV:

– Develop and implement CX culture projects that engage employees at all levels.
– Create and lead training sessions and workshops focused on customer centricity.
– Ensure squads have customer-related goals aligned with CX objectives.
– Act as a bridge between internal teams and the voice of the customer, promoting empathy and active listening.
– Support and promote events, internal campaigns, and communications that highlight the importance of customer experience.
– Measure and track the impact of CX culture initiatives.

So, do you identify with this? Now we’d like to know if you have the following profile and skills:

– Solid experience with organizational culture, engagement, or CX projects.
– Strong communication and influencing skills to work across different teams.
– Strategic vision and execution capability.
– Fast learning curve and autonomy in problem-solving.
– Knowledge of CX methodologies such as NPS, VoC, and customer journeys is a plus.
