We’re seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented team members to join us! As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be the supportive voice behind every interaction. You’ll provide order updates, answer questions across phone, email, and chat, and help surface feedback so we can keep improving. We see every conversation as a chance to delight, and we’re looking for people who stay calm under pressure, solve problems proactively, and genuinely care about delivering an excellent experience, even when customers are upset.

Pay for this position is $18 per hour.

What You Will Do:
• Assist customers by phone and email with questions about products and services
• Handle both incoming and outgoing calls and emails
• Anticipate customer needs and offer proactive solutions
• Take full ownership of each issue from beginning to end
• Deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment
• Provide technical support as customers navigate our website
• Treat each interaction as a chance to create a positive experience

What You Need:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of experience using computer and web-based tools
• At least 1 year of customer service or veterinary care experience
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 9:30 a.m.–6 p.m. ET
• Comfort working virtually and speaking with customers throughout your shift
• Strong written and spoken communication skills

Virtual Requirements:
• Reliable broadband internet (DSL, cable, or fiber) with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
• A quiet, private workspace suitable for focused customer interactions

Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ years of relevant phone or email customer service experience
• Previous remote work experience
• Background in veterinary or pet care
• Strong teamwork skills
• A love for animals—highly valued, though not required
