We’re currently hiring a Customer Care & Sales Specialist on behalf of one of our clients—a modern funeral home serving families in Southern California. If you’re someone who can drive sales with empathy and clear communication, we’d love to hear from you.

This position is open to candidates globally, except those located in the United States.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Customer Care & Sales Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for families exploring cremation and end-of-life services. You’ll offer compassionate guidance, explain available options, and help them make informed decisions. Your responsibilities will include:

– Answering incoming calls with empathy and professionalism
– Understanding each family’s needs and clearly presenting service options
– Leading potential clients through a structured sales process with care and follow-up
– Maintaining communication through calls, texts, and emails to support decision-making
– Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service transitions
– Updating lead progress in internal systems and CRM platforms
– Participating in regular team meetings and providing feedback
– Staying organized and adaptable in a fast-paced, remote work environment

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking driven, compassionate sales professionals with excellent communication skills. Ideal candidates will have:

– At least 2 years of experience in consumer sales (Required)
– Fluency in spoken and written English (Required)
– A reliable internet connection and computer setup (Required)
– A clear, empathetic, and persuasive communication style
– Strong organizational skills and comfort using CRMs and VoIP tools
– A quiet, distraction-free home office environment
