About the Role

We’re excited to expand our team and are hiring a second Customer Experience Representative for a 14-month contract.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring every interaction reflects our dedication to a warm, helpful, and memorable brand experience. You’ll help maintain our reputation for excellent service by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing thoughtful solutions that delight our customers.

The Opportunity

– Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring professional and caring communication.
– Respond to customer inquiries through live chat (Tidio), email, and other platforms.
– Provide accurate information about our products, policies, and services.
– Resolve customer concerns and ensure they feel valued and satisfied.
– Troubleshoot orders using Shopify, Click Ship, and Loop.
– Collaborate with internal teams to address escalated issues and special requests.
– Share customer insights and feedback to help improve our service.

What You Bring

– Experience in customer service, particularly in DTC or e-commerce.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
– Familiarity with live chat tools (we use Tidio) and customer service software.
– Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Click Ship, and Loop.
– A team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate.
– Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
– A patient, positive, and professional approach to customer interactions.

Location & Working Hours

We’re looking for someone based in the Eastern Time Zone to join our remote team. The role requires availability Wednesday through Sunday, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM ET.

Compensation & Benefits

– Annual salary: $50,000 – $60,000 CAD
– 3 weeks of paid vacation
– 5 additional flexible days
– $1,500 CAD annual health spending account
– $250 CAD annual menstrual wellness budget
– $1,000 CAD annual Poppy & Peonies product allowance
– $400 CAD one-time home office setup allowance
