What you’ll do:
• Make energy straightforward by cutting through jargon and helping customers understand their bills, meters, and tariffs.
• Solve problems confidently, whether it’s billing issues, meter troubles, or tricky energy questions.
• Provide end‑to‑end support, handling queries and complaints from start to finish so customers get the right help immediately.
• Think on your feet. No scripts—just authentic conversations where you listen, understand, and deliver useful solutions.
• Treat every customer with the care you’d show your gran, offering warmth, kindness, and going above and beyond.
• Make a real difference by supporting customers in need and guiding people toward greener energy choices.

A bit about the role:
Location: Central Leicester
Start date: Immediate
Salary: £24,600
Hours: Full‑time
Our hiring process usually takes up to four weeks, and we’ll adapt it to suit you. Here’s what to expect:
• First Stage Interview – Speak to one of the team or record answers to set questions at a time that suits you.
• Prep Call – A chat with the Talent Team to help you prepare for the Discovery Day.
• Discovery Day – Meet potential teammates and take part in group tasks, role plays, and one‑to‑ones. It’s your chance to get a feel for the culture and the work.
• Final Interview – Visit the office, speak with two leaders, and ask any final questions while getting a look at the environment.
