We’re currently seeking a committed and customer-oriented Customer Service Agent to support our European clients. This role offers a flexible hybrid work model and the chance to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

– Handle customer questions about our products and services via phone, email, or chat.

– Guide customers on how to get the most from our solutions through training and support.
– Help clients identify the best products and services for their needs.
– Share customer feedback with internal teams to improve the overall experience.
– Stay informed on industry trends and company updates to provide accurate, helpful advice.

What We’re Looking For

– Previous experience in customer service with a strong ability to build trust and understand customer needs.
– Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
– Familiarity with tools like Jira, Salesforce (SFDC), or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
– Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
– Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
– A positive, patient, and resilient mindset.
– Comfortable with technology and eager to help others use it effectively.
