We’re looking for enthusiastic, service-minded Customer Service Specialists for various shifts within our virtual Call Center Operations team. These full-time, work‑from‑home roles involve daily interaction with customers and require quick thinking and adaptability. Our fast-paced, rewarding environment recognizes and celebrates strong performance.
HONK operates 24/7, and several full-time shifts are available.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate directly with customers by phone
• Develop a clear understanding of our value proposition, operations, and growth plans, and explain them effectively when needed
• Use our proprietary technology to connect members with partners nationwide
• Handle incoming calls to support order fulfillment and service coordination
• Assess customer needs, build rapport, and deliver immediate, personalized solutions
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and meeting service timelines
• Think creatively to resolve customer challenges with exceptional service
Preferred experience:
• Background in customer-facing phone support roles
• Ability to quickly, calmly, and professionally address customer questions and provide solutions that exceed expectations
• Capacity to manage extremely high call volumes while maintaining composure
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a consultative approach to assisting customers
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a bonus
Additional requirements:
• A quiet, private workspace free from interruptions and distractions
• An Internet connection of at least 5 Mbps download and 2.5 Mbps upload
• Prior remote work experience and suitable home-office equipment are preferred
Pay range: $14–$16 per hour
