As a Customer Success Agent at Breezy HR, you’ll bring your energy and empathy to support, guide, and delight our amazing users. With more than 60,000 active users, we rely on you to uphold our high standards and help communicate our ambitious product vision.

Our approach to customer service is anything but scripted. We encourage you to use your natural, friendly tone while providing you with all the tools and support needed to ensure our customers succeed in their hiring efforts.

What Will You Be Doing?

This is a full-time remote role, and we’re looking for someone available from 10am to 7pm EST.

– You’ll build a deep understanding of Breezy’s platform so you can confidently assist customers.
– Most of your day will be spent helping customers reach their goals, guiding them through processes and resolving minor issues with patience and a sense of humor.
– When you hit a roadblock, you’ll know when to escalate the issue or collaborate with teammates to find a solution. You’ll also identify when a customer could benefit from a demo or more technical support.
– You’ll track your performance metrics—like response time and customer satisfaction—and aim to exceed the goals we set.
– As a frontline team member, you’ll spot recurring issues and help shape training materials for future users.

About You

– You’ve got previous experience in a customer-facing role where making people happy was a key part of the job.
– You’re tech-savvy and familiar with SaaS, recruiting, or HR tools (bonus points if you love Trello and Intercom!).
– You’re calm under pressure, proactive in solving problems, and always professional and kind in your approach.
