We’re seeking a driven individual to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you’ll support the entire sales process—from RFP submission to campaign optimization, upselling, and final wrap-up—while delivering proactive, consultative service focused on maintaining and increasing revenue.
This client-facing position involves strategic planning, consultative sales, project management, and data-driven storytelling. You’ll be a dependable and essential team member who anticipates client needs and delivers effective solutions. Ultimately, your work will help shape how people around the globe enjoy music and podcasts.
What You’ll Do
– Build strong client relationships and provide top-tier customer service to Spotify’s advertisers and agency partners.
– Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing requests and communication throughout the sales and campaign process.
– Lead RFP responses and develop media planning strategies across all buying channels.
– Join client meetings to enhance relationships and provide value through campaign preparation, launch, optimization, reporting, and wrap-up.
– Collaborate with internal teams to design campaigns that meet client goals and deliver results.
– Manage campaign setup, launch, and activation, including creative production, asset collection, and trafficking across managed and biddable channels.
– Track campaign performance and pacing, adjusting media plans as needed to meet objectives.
– Use campaign insights to identify and pitch new opportunities for business growth.
– Manage complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
– Act as a product expert, educating clients and agencies on Spotify’s offerings and best practices.
– Analyze and present data, including brand studies, to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
– Lead post-campaign reviews with insights and suggestions to encourage repeat business.
– Work with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing.
– Follow internal best practices and operational processes.
Who You Are
– You hold a Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.
– You have at least 3 years of experience in digital media planning or buying, including at least 1 year working with a biddable platform or channel.
– You possess strong industry knowledge and are eager to grow in the digital media space.
– You understand advertising performance metrics and the broader ad ecosystem.
– You’re known for delivering exceptional customer service.
– You can translate client needs into strategic recommendations that achieve business goals.
– You’re skilled at using data and research to create compelling sales narratives.
– You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask independently in a team setting.
– You work well with cross-functional teams and all levels of management.
– You thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and have excellent communication skills.
– You’re proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and experienced with CRMs, OMSs, ad servers, and other digital media tools.

– This position is based in our Sydney office.
