Quartzy is looking for a driven Customer Success Manager to foster strong relationships with our valued users. In this role, you’ll help customers set goals, deepen their engagement with the platform, and ensure they continue to succeed with Quartzy.

You’re proactive, inquisitive, and comfortable working with a wide range of people. You understand sales but excel in structured, process-oriented settings. You communicate clearly and can tailor your approach to different learning styles—whether through one-on-one sessions, product walkthroughs, webinars, or documentation. You work well with cross-functional teams and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You excel at showcasing new features, identifying areas for improvement, and resolving challenges. You’re also adept at handling escalations with professionalism and empathy. What You’ll Do

– Manage the full customer lifecycle and identify ways to improve the experience
– Handle renewals for your assigned accounts
– Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to track progress, gather feedback, and plan future goals
– Partner with Sales and Success teams to boost renewal rates and reduce churn
– Prepare and present tailored reports and insights to show the value of our solutions
– Lead training sessions, workshops, and product demos to increase user knowledge and engagement
– Address and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
– Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive customer growth
– Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering teams

What We’re Looking For

– 2+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or account management (SaaS preferred)
– Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– A desire to learn and grow professionally
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
– Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Looker, and other sales platforms
– Experience with Quartzy is a plus
– Interest or background in life sciences is a bonus

Compensation

$70,000 – $84,000 per year

Quartzy uses a market-based approach to compensation, and salaries may vary depending on location. This range reflects the low, mid, and high points for this role across the U.S. Starting pay is determined by factors such as location, experience, skills, market demand, and internal equity. Salary is just one part of our total compensation package and may be adjusted in the future.

All full-time employees are eligible for our corporate bonus program, except for sales roles which have performance-based incentives. We also offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with generous contributions, an HSA with employer match, and company-paid life and disability insurance, with options to add more coverage for you and your family.
