ABOUT YOU
We’re seeking a highly driven and strategic Customer Success Manager to join our U.S. team. You will oversee a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring their satisfaction, growth, and long-term success. As a trusted advisor, you will serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams, driving product adoption, spotting new business opportunities, and ensuring the smooth delivery of customer requests.

Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer goals and needs through discovery and ongoing communication to ensure our solutions support their objectives.
• Recommend new products, features, and solutions that enhance customer value.
• Represent the customer’s perspective internally by coordinating with product, sales, and support teams to deliver timely and accurate outcomes.
• Oversee the execution of customer deliverables and ensure internal teams remain aligned and accountable.
• Manage escalations and resolve issues professionally to safeguard the customer relationship.
• Lead regular Business Reviews to evaluate customer health, track progress toward goals, and gather actionable insights.
• Identify and support upsell and expansion opportunities to drive long-term revenue growth.
• Monitor and analyze customer success metrics to provide meaningful insights and report on performance at a senior level.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or another client-facing role.
• Ability to manage a significant workload from day one and prioritize tasks independently.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with global clients and internal teams.
• Comfortable collaborating with product, engineering, and sales departments.
• Data-driven approach with experience turning metrics into actionable business decisions.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and accountable.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Background in the gaming industry is a major advantage.

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually.
