The Role

As a Customer Success Associate at Voltus, you’ll play a key role in helping customers efficiently enter the energy market and succeed in generating revenue. You’ll manage the entire onboarding process for both new and existing customers and provide ongoing account support. Acting as the main point of contact during onboarding, you’ll collaborate closely with our Sales, Operations, and Energy Markets teams to ensure a smooth and effective customer experience. You’ll lead internal and external meetings, communicate onboarding progress clearly, and ensure seamless transitions to drive timely and efficient onboarding. Beyond onboarding, you’ll continue to support customers and the Sales team with account-related inquiries, always striving to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

As a Customer Success Associate, your four main goals will be:

– Minimize the time it takes for customers to enter the market and ensure they’re ready to perform and earn.
– Eliminate internal inefficiencies to help the Voltus team work more effectively.
– Build and maintain strong customer relationships beyond onboarding.
– Provide continuous account support to the Sales team.

– You hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
– You’re enthusiastic about working remotely.

Compensation

The base salary for this role is $70,000–$74,000 per year, depending on experience, with a 10% bonus paid twice a year and equity options.
