We’re now seeking a reliable and self-motivated team member to take charge of customer service and day-to-day operations, allowing the founder to focus on enhancing and growing the platform.
Why This Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through one of the most exciting phases of their lives — starting a business. At the same time, you’ll ensure that daily operations run smoothly, giving the founder space to focus on scaling the business.
What You’ll Do
– Support customers through live chat, phone, and email.
– Help with tasks like company registration, setting up business names, website setup, and transferring business names.
– Manage daily administrative and operational duties.
– Coordinate with external partners on performance tracking and reporting.
– During quieter periods, you’ll improve FAQs, gather customer feedback, and keep systems running efficiently — always ready to jump in when needed.
What We’re Looking For
– Self-starter — comfortable working closely with the founder in a small, agile team.
– Strong communicator — clear, patient, and able to explain things simply.
– Dependable and trustworthy — someone we can rely on with both customers and internal systems.
– Tech-savvy — quick to learn new tools (bonus if you’ve used AI tools).
– Calm under pressure — able to handle multiple chats or calls at once.
– Adaptable — comfortable during both busy and quiet times.
– Takes pride in their work — committed to delivering excellent customer service, not just checking boxes.
– Independent — able to manage your own time and take initiative without close supervision.
