We’re seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join our team! As a Customer Experience Associate, you’ll be the supportive and friendly point of contact for our customers. You’ll handle order updates, respond to inquiries across various platforms (such as chat, email, and phone), and help relay customer feedback to improve our services. Pay for this position is $18 per hour.

What You’ll Do:

– Assist customers via phone and email with questions about products and services
– Handle both incoming and outgoing calls and emails
– Anticipate customer needs and offer proactive solutions
– Take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution
– Deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment
– Provide technical support for customers navigating our website
– Treat every interaction as a chance to create a positive experience

What You’ll Need:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– At least 6 months of experience using computers and web-based tools professionally
– Minimum of 1 year in customer service or veterinary care
– Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM ET
– Comfortable working in a virtual setting and speaking with customers throughout your shift
– Strong verbal and written communication skills

Virtual Requirements:

– Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload via DSL, cable, or fiber)
– A quiet, distraction-free home workspace where you can focus fully on customers

Preferred Qualifications:

– Over 2 years of experience in phone or email-based customer service
– Previous remote work experience
– Background in veterinary or pet care
– Strong team collaboration skills
– A love for animals (a bonus, but not required)
