What You’ll Be Doing

– Assist platform users before, during, and after their events
– Host regular webinars for event organizers and exhibitors
– Collaborate with the event team to create content for attendees, exhibitors, and organizers
– Provide remote and/or onsite support throughout events
– Travel to events as needed, with advance notice and all expenses covered

Your Profile

– Experience in customer service, support, or project management
– Interest or background in tech and events
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Team player who can also work independently
– Client-focused and empathetic
– Adaptable with a proactive, startup mindset
– Enthusiastic, engaged, and solution-oriented
– Calm under pressure and optimistic
– Willing to work weekends and flexible hours
