As a Onepilot agent, you’ll work as a freelancer, assisting our clients’ customers with their inquiries.
After completing online training for each client, you’ll gain access to a dedicated knowledge base. This, along with Onepilot’s technology, will help you efficiently handle customer requests via email, chat, or phone.
You’ll work remotely and be paid per ticket resolved. The payment per ticket varies based on complexity, time required, and your location, ranging from €0.40 to €2. On average, agents earn €15 per hour.

– Use available tools and resources to provide fast and accurate support
– Communicate clearly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
