About the Role
We’re growing our support team and are looking for Customer Support Representatives who are passionate about providing exceptional service to our landline customers. Strong English language skills are essential for this position.
What You’ll Do
– Monitor customer issues, identify patterns, and take proactive steps to address them
– Collaborate across teams to resolve customer challenges
– Deliver outstanding customer experiences
– Understand cancellation reasons and offer solutions to retain customers
– Identify opportunities to upsell products and services that benefit the customer
Who You Are
– Stay calm under pressure, build rapport easily, and enjoy engaging with diverse individuals
– Genuinely kind and empathetic
– Quick to adapt to change
– Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
– Naturally organized and able to multitask effectively
– Familiar with tools like Zendesk, Hubspot, or similar platforms
Compensation
We offer a global base pay of $6/hour, with the opportunity to earn commissions.
Shifts
Our support hours are from 9 AM to 9 PM EST, seven days a week. Weekend shifts are part of a rotating schedule.
