Help us as our new Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to turn up the heat on the big energy corporations and leave a bold green footprint — or better yet, a tentacle print.

Your future responsibilities:

– Provide friendly and helpful support to our customers via email and phone
– Handle customer complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach
– Solve complex issues and enjoy getting to the root of problems
– Collaborate closely with your teammates to develop solutions for more challenging inquiries
– Process cancellations, contract transfers, and new customer registrations
– Create, review, and send invoices, and initiate payments such as refunds
– Identify areas for improvement and actively contribute to implementing changes
– Work closely with our market communication specialists

Your background:

– Strong interest in the German energy market
– A few years of experience in B2C customer service (phone and written), and familiarity with CRM systems
– Passion for meeting customer needs and working as a tight-knit team
– Known for your friendly and courteous manner by both colleagues and customers
– Looking for a long-term role and excited to help build and grow a company
– Independent, organized, and responsible work style
– Fluent in both German and English
