JOB SUMMARY:
You’ll provide technical support to customers through phone, email, and chat. This includes answering questions about product features, resolving issues, and escalating when necessary. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and dedicated to delivering a Human, Easy, and Smart experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Assist customers via email, chat, and phone with our proprietary software.
– Document all support interactions and customer issues in our ticketing system.
– Use your communication skills and product knowledge to diagnose and resolve software issues.
– Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and strong communication.
– Identify ways to improve our products and customer experience based on feedback.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Preferably 2–3 years of experience in customer support.
– Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom, or similar systems is a plus.

– Experience with Salesforce CRM
– Background in chat-based support
– Familiarity with JIRA
– Knowledge of real estate multiple listing services
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
