– Monitor customer issues, spot patterns, and initiate follow-up calls

– Understand cancellation reasons and offer solutions to retain customers
– Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services that save customers money and address their needs

This is a global opportunity offering a base pay of $6/hour, with the potential to earn commissions.

Shifts follow U.S. time zones, with operations running daily from 9 AM to 9 PM EST. Weekend shifts are part of a rotating schedule.
