What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play an important role in ensuring customers receive outstanding assistance. Your responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting product and service issues to identify effective solutions.
• Keeping accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
• Sharing useful product information, guiding customers through steps, and ensuring a positive experience.

What We’re Looking For:
We seek motivated individuals with a customer‑focused mindset who can work independently. The ideal candidate has:

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken (required). Additional languages like Spanish or Ukrainian are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support, including phone, email, chat, or similar roles (required).
• Preferred experience in eCommerce, SaaS, fintech, healthcare, travel and hospitality, or startups.
• A dependable internet connection and reliable computer setup (required).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• A positive, professional attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
• The ability to work independently from a quiet, distraction‑free home office.
