The Marcus & Millichap Investment Brokerage Internship is a paid, eight‑week, company-sponsored program where rising college juniors and seniors work closely with experienced brokers and capital markets professionals to prepare for careers in commercial real estate. This program combines education, training, and mentorship, giving interns hands-on, in‑office exposure to daily CRE activities along with workshops and networking opportunities with senior professionals.

The expected pay range is $20–$25 per hour. The final rate offered will depend on factors such as industry experience and education. Because Marcus & Millichap operates in multiple states, this range may differ for positions based elsewhere.

Over the eight-week program, Investment Brokerage Interns will:
• Gain real-world commercial real estate experience by participating in team projects, sales meetings, and preparing contracts, Broker Opinion of Values, and Offering Memorandums.

• Build valuable connections through mentorship and networking with senior agents and leadership.
• Attend discussions with top agents to learn how to build strong client relationships, craft effective proposals, and develop core sales skills.

Application requirements:
• Must be a rising college junior or senior
• Must be enrolled at an accredited university
• Should be pursuing a real estate major or minor, or participating in a real estate club or boot camp
