The Role

Are you eager to launch your career in data? Do you have an educational background in economics or a related field? We have an exciting opportunity for you! Become a Data Administrator on our Data Operations Team in Zagreb. No prior data experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

– Enter and update data manually based on provided information.
– Gather data for business research.
– Prepare and analyze D&B reports.
– Conduct phone interviews with researched companies.
– Maintain data accuracy by identifying and verifying anomalies, including company and financial data.
– Spot and report application errors.
– Recommend improvements to data entry processes.
– Collaborate with D&B partners around the world.
– Work closely with various internal teams.

Qualifications

– Educational background in economics is required.
– Understanding of basic business terminology.
– Proficient in Microsoft 365.
– Strong attention to detail, with analytical and critical thinking skills.
– Comfortable performing detailed, administrative, and repetitive tasks.
– Fluent in Bosnian and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
