As a Data Analyst, you will provide analytics support to our product teams and help them make better decisions. The ideal candidate can understand, question, and address business needs from Product Managers, backed by strong SQL expertise. This role requires someone who can independently use BI tools to explore data, uncover insights, and assist Product Managers through education, enablement, and hands-on support.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with product stakeholders to analyze data and track KPIs, delivering meaningful insights
• Build, maintain, and enhance product dashboards in our BI tools
• Develop and conduct regular training sessions for stakeholders
• Offer office hours to help teams work with data more effectively
• Strengthen our data culture by creating documentation and guidelines
What we’re looking for
• Advanced SQL skills and ability to write queries independently
• Basic Python abilities for data analysis
• Understanding of product metrics and analytics
• Ability to self-serve and use BI tools such as Looker or Amplitude for analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Clear communication skills with the ability to explain data concepts
• Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake
