We’re Expanding!
Sure is hiring across multiple teams and is looking for associate engineers eager to start, restart, or grow their early careers in software. You’ll collaborate with engineers, designers, and product experts to enhance features, improve scalability, maintain systems, and develop new products within the Sure tech ecosystem.

We are also hiring a full-time Data Analyst with experience in building insightful reports and analyzing data sources for our SaaS platform.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Success teams to turn business needs into data-driven solutions. As a small, distributed team, we rely on clear communication and independence to deliver timely, reliable results.

What You’ll Do:

– Develop and maintain accurate, high-quality reports
– Proactively identify and resolve data accuracy and availability issues
– Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and test reporting solutions
– Analyze and manage outgoing reports and create client-facing data solutions
– Foster a collaborative and positive team culture
– Work with Product Managers to gather data requirements and define technical specs
– Act as the go-to expert on Sure’s partner data packages, reporting formats, and security protocols
– Monitor data delivery, audit data quality, and troubleshoot with engineering teams
– Document all partner data configurations and improve delivery processes
– Support custom reporting by assessing feasibility and managing implementation, while keeping stakeholders informed

What We’re Looking For:

– Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science
– Experience in statistical analysis
– Strong SQL skills for querying, validation, and analysis
– Background in data analytics, BI, or data operations (SaaS/B2B preferred)
– Familiarity with Apache Spark, especially PySpark, is a plus
– Programming experience in Python, Ruby, Go, or Node is a plus
– Experience with Databricks is a plus
– Proficiency in tools like Looker, Tableau, or Metabase
– Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively
– Proven ability to manage multiple data projects with competing priorities
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
– Excellent verbal and written communication in English
