The Data Analyst will support strategic decision-making by analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to uncover patterns, insights, and trends. This position involves gathering, consolidating, and interpreting data from various internal and external sources to evaluate business performance. The analyst will generate actionable reports highlighting key performance metrics, pinpointing operational inefficiencies, and conducting root cause analyses.
Key Responsibilities:
– Partner with teams to create user-friendly data visualizations that provide meaningful insights into complex and evolving business challenges within the Fintech industry.
– Take responsibility for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) across multiple data-driven products.
– Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence tools.
– Support data collection initiatives as needed.
– Help determine the most relevant business data to generate valuable insights and guide future analytics.
– Monitor data management practices to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Qualifications:
This position will work alongside experienced colleagues and leadership on moderately complex tasks. The analyst will develop expertise in the role and apply company policies and procedures to address a range of issues.
– Ability to handle moderately complex problems that are often routine yet varied, requiring analysis of multiple factors.
– Capable of making informed decisions within established guidelines and practices.
– Skilled in applying learned methods to contribute to problem-solving and investigations.
– Able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve shared challenges.
– Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent professional background.

Salary Range: $78,100 – $110,300. Offers are typically made within the lower to mid-range, depending on experience and other job-related factors, including location.
