Job Description:
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle entering, checking, and maintaining accurate data across various systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Entering, updating, and managing accurate information in databases, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms.
Checking data for accuracy and fixing any inconsistencies.
Organizing and maintaining files and documents systematically.
Supporting data cleanup efforts and quality control tasks.
Preparing reports and summaries as needed.
Working with team members to ensure data is complete and reliable.
Following established guidelines to comply with data privacy and security standards.
Pay rate: $25–$45 per hour.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data entry or a related field are beneficial.
Previous experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role.
Strong typing and data entry abilities.
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of database systems and software tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
