Job Description:
We are looking for a careful and detail-focused Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The right candidate will be responsible for entering, checking, and maintaining accurate records across various data types. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Entering, updating, and managing accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and other digital systems.
Reviewing data for accuracy and correcting any inconsistencies.
Organizing and storing documents and files in an orderly manner.
Supporting data cleanup and quality assurance efforts.
Preparing reports and summaries as needed.
Working with team members to maintain data accuracy and completeness.
Following established procedures to comply with data privacy and security standards.
Pay range: $25–$45 per hour.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in data entry or a related area is a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar position.
Strong typing and data entry skills.
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of database systems and software tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
