The Deal Desk Analyst acts as a key partner to Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations, overseeing the full deal lifecycle. Responsibilities include evaluating pricing, discounts, and contract terms while ensuring alignment with company policies. The role supports strategic decision-making by offering insights that enhance profitability and streamline deal closures.

About the role:

– Assist sales with deal structuring, pricing, and reviewing quotes and contracts
– Ensure adherence to internal policies and approval workflows
– Coordinate across systems and teams to maintain an accurate and efficient quote-to-close process
– Monitor deal metrics, system performance, and process efficiency
– Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows and eliminate obstacles

About you:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
– Over 4 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Pricing, or financial analysis
– Skilled in CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) and Excel
– Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
