The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Senior Delivery Implementations professional to join our Delivery Solutions team.

This team plays a key role in delivering successful projects by managing the onboarding, integration, and operational readiness of new clients and partners. You’ll ensure that what’s promised to clients is delivered—on time, with high quality, and in compliance with technical and regulatory standards.

You’ll collaborate with departments such as Sales, Product, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Engineering. Success in this role depends on strong cross-functional teamwork and stakeholder coordination.

Location: EMEA

Key Responsibilities

– Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and budget.
– Oversee go-live readiness, coordinating dependencies and securing necessary approvals.
– Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during implementation.
– Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customized client solutions, managing exceptions and escalations.
– Identify and address project risks to maintain progress.
– Maintain detailed project documentation and report updates to senior leadership.
– Work closely with the Regional Head to align project outcomes with business goals.
– Continuously refine implementation processes using insights from past projects.
– Represent dLocal professionally in client interactions and build strong relationships.

Required Skills and Experience

– 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in the payments or fintech industry, with mid to high-level technical or domain expertise.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Effective problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
– Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
– Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Agile, Scrum; PMP certification is a plus).
– Experience with organizational tools and CRMs (e.g., Excel, Hubspot, Monday).
