The Position
We’re seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to craft the visual and user experience across Crisp’s chat widget, web app, website, and integration ecosystem.
Over the past decade, we’ve managed all design internally—from initial sketches to full redesigns with external collaborators. While this has served us well, the growth of our platform and ambitions calls for a full-time designer to ensure consistency, precision, and thoughtful design across everything we create.
This is a fully remote role. If you’re located in Nantes, France, you’re welcome to work from our office.
What You’ll Be Doing
– Design seamless, consistent, and user-friendly experiences across all Crisp products
– Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system
– Collaborate closely with our development team
– Deliver high-quality designs that are both functional and visually appealing
– Bring cohesion to a product shaped by years of evolving design
– Contribute to both major design initiatives and smaller UI enhancements
What We’re Looking For
– Strong UI/UX expertise with a portfolio showcasing real-world projects
– Experience in SaaS environments
– Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for pixel-perfect design
– Proficiency in designing responsive web apps and websites
– A collaborative approach — we brainstorm, iterate, and build as a team
– Proficiency in Sketch or Figma
– Excellent written and spoken English — it’s our primary working language
Why Join Crisp?
– Fully remote work with flexible hours
– Option to work from our Nantes office if you’re in France
– A modern tech stack and a passionate, supportive team
– Inclusive, collaborative culture — no micromanagement or personal KPIs
– Regular team gatherings and events
Contract Details
– Salary range: €50,000 – €72,000 gross per year

Here’s what to expect:
1. Initial interview with a team lead
2. Follow-up conversation to align on values and expectations
