We’re looking for a Mid-Level Fullstack Developer (React + Node) based in São Paulo/SP to join our team on an international agribusiness project. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-quality applications using modern technologies and best practices.
Responsibilities:
– Focus on product development, actively contributing to solution discussions beyond just technical execution;
– Develop and maintain applications with React (TypeScript) on the frontend and Node.js (TypeScript) on the backend;
– Assist in migrating applications from C# to Node.js;
– Work with modern Backend for Frontend (BFF) architectures;
– Integrate and build solutions using AWS Cloud services;
– Ensure code quality with shared team responsibility (no dedicated QA role);
– Collaborate with other areas and cross-functional squads in a fully English-speaking environment;
– Exercise technical autonomy and decision-making, especially regarding software architecture.
Requirements:
– Availability to go to the client’s office in São Paulo/SP three times a month;
– Advanced English – comfortable participating in meetings and writing/reviewing technical documentation;
– Strong experience with React + TypeScript for frontend development;
– Experience with Node.js and/or C# on the backend;
– Familiarity with BFF (Backend for Frontend) architecture;
– Experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., Lambda, S3, API Gateway, etc.);
– Strong focus on software quality (testability, maintainability, best practices);
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively, especially in self-organized teams.
