We’re hiring a contractor for 3–4 months, working 30 hours per week, with a pay rate of $70–$90 per hour depending on experience.

The Role
We’re looking for a contract Senior Digital Marketing Designer who can ideate, create, and deliver high-quality work across various marketing channels. Reporting to the Director of Design and working closely with the marketing team, you’ll manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with our brand and campaign goals. You’ll also help shape how Peerspace presents itself to new audiences in the luxury travel and experiences market.

What You’ll Do
You’ll create visually compelling and performance-driven marketing assets. Collaborate with marketing managers to develop campaign visuals and align messaging. While marketing leads the copywriting, you’ll contribute headlines and taglines to ensure cohesive storytelling.

Design assets for various marketing channels, including:

– Social and paid media: Ads for Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
– Landing pages: Design and build pages for campaigns
– Email marketing: Update templates and design campaign-specific layouts
– Blog and content: Source/edit images and create new blog components
– Partnerships: Support co-branded marketing efforts
– Motion graphics: Create short animations or video content as needed

Responsibilities

– Lead the full design process for marketing projects, from concept to final delivery
– Combine strong visuals with clear messaging to communicate campaign ideas
– Collaborate with marketing stakeholders, respond to feedback, and explain design choices
– Ensure all creative work aligns with Peerspace’s brand identity and tone
– Present design concepts clearly and iterate based on feedback
– Manage timelines and communication in a remote work environment
– Keep design files and assets well-organized for team use

Qualifications

– 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or visual design roles
– Strong writing skills to support visual storytelling with compelling copy
– Proven ability to create high-quality digital marketing assets
– Proficient in Figma; skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
– Solid understanding of branding, typography, color, and layout for digital and print
– Self-starter with strong time management skills in a fast-paced setting
– Bonus: Experience with luxury, lifestyle, or travel brands
