We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to increase paid enrollments through a focused 60-day strategy. This role involves using both organic and paid approaches to engage Gen Z and Millennial audiences who resonate with our mission—even if they don’t yet see themselves as “leaders.”
What You’ll Be Responsible For
– Design and implement a 60-day digital marketing plan aimed at driving enrollments.
– Leverage both organic and paid channels to connect with mission-driven Gen Z and Millennial audiences.
– Develop compelling, emotionally engaging content with clear calls to action that effectively communicate transformational messages.
– Take full ownership of execution, including content production, funnel development, and ad campaign management.
– Propose milestone-based or performance-based pricing that reflects a shared commitment to results.
– Monitor engagement and conversion metrics, optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
– Build and grow social media presence, even from a minimal or nonexistent starting point.
Preferred Qualifications
– Demonstrated success in marketing online courses, coaching services, or transformational programs.
– Strong understanding of U.S.-based Gen Z and Millennial demographics.
– Skilled in emotionally intelligent messaging without relying on fear-based tactics.
– Proven ability to run high-converting marketing campaigns.
– Bonus: Experience with Kajabi, ConvertKit, and managing cost-effective campaigns that drive results.
