Role Overview
The Director of Digital Marketing will lead the strategic transformation of Magnet’s digital presence, overseeing everything from paid media and SEO to website experience and analytics. This role is key to driving pipeline growth, boosting global brand visibility, and enabling scalable SaaS and AI-driven marketing strategies. We’re looking for a forward-thinking leader with deep expertise in digital strategy, performance marketing, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
– Drive global pipeline growth through digital channels by increasing conversions and optimizing cost efficiency, contributing to a $200M+ pipeline.
– Develop and lead Magnet’s global digital marketing strategy, including paid media, SEO, ABM, email, and website optimization, with clear performance reporting to senior leadership.
– Oversee the website transformation into a SaaS-ready platform with personalized experiences and product-led growth features.
– Integrate AI tools for content recommendations, chatbot interactions, GEO strategies, and predictive analytics to enhance internal efficiency and customer engagement.
– Manage digital infrastructure by integrating marketing automation and CRM systems for real-time personalization.
– Launch multi-product, multi-persona campaigns in collaboration with product marketing, brand, and demand generation teams.
– Lead and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team, encouraging innovation, accountability, and excellence.
– Manage digital agency partnerships and budget allocation.
– Define and report on key performance indicators such as funnel metrics, attribution, and ROI.
– Collaborate with senior leadership to align digital strategy with business objectives and growth targets.
Qualifications
– 10+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
– Proven track record of managing global digital marketing programs and teams.
– Expertise in paid media, SEO, and website optimization.
– Experience with ABM strategies and orchestrating multi-channel campaigns.
– Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution modeling and performance analysis.
– Background in B2B SaaS marketing.
– Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and SaaS onboarding processes.
– Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
– Experience in the cybersecurity industry.
– Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, and SEM platforms.
– Background in creative production and managing agency relationships.
