The Process Analyst at PointClickCare plays a key role in enhancing operational efficiency by collaborating with senior leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support. This role focuses on analyzing, designing, and implementing process improvements throughout the organization. Responsibilities include identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and coordinating cross-functional teams to execute impactful business initiatives. With expertise in process analysis and project management, the Process Analyst ensures that new workflows and solutions boost performance and stakeholder satisfaction. This position supports PointClickCare’s mission to develop innovative healthcare technology that improves the lives of seniors and their caregivers.

Key Responsibilities

– Evaluate current systems and processes within Sales, Success, Professional Services, and Support to develop strategies that enhance business performance through AI and automation.
– Perform gap and impact analyses to pinpoint risks and recommend solutions that align with business goals and best practices.
– Gather and document business requirements for process improvement projects and maintain process documentation.
– Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and manage User Acceptance Testing for new solutions.
– Provide reports to assess the success of updated workflows and serve as a process expert on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

– Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and build relationships with executive teams.
– Demonstrated experience using AI to optimize business processes; familiarity with Agentforce is a plus.
– Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Service Cloud, and/or Kantata.
– Preferred background in the SaaS industry, particularly in Business Process Management, Project Management, or Strategic Initiatives.

Salary Range: $91,700 – $98,600 annually

At PointClickCare, base salary is just one part of a comprehensive total rewards package. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $91,700 to $98,600, plus bonuses and benefits.
