Job Requirements:
As a Customer Success Manager at Publitas, your focus will be on customer retention, onboarding, and managing SaaS clients. Specifically:
– Manage a portfolio of clients, primarily in the Netherlands, helping retail and e-commerce businesses achieve their goals using Publitas.
– Understand each client’s objectives, develop personalized success plans, and act as a strategic advisor throughout their journey.
– Drive customer retention, expansion, and renewals, while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
– Lead onboarding and training to ensure clients launch successfully and quickly realize value.
– Provide proactive support via email and video calls, resolving issues, handling administrative tasks, and guiding clients to solutions efficiently.
– Monitor account health and act quickly to address issues or prevent churn.
– Collaborate closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
– Share insights, feedback, and ideas to help improve our processes and contribute to a culture of learning.
