We are urgently seeking a fully remote Senior MS Dynamics 365 Developer with over 8 years of experience for an international project based in Chennai.

We are looking for a highly motivated contractor who is fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:

– Configure and set up new or existing service desks and business units.
– Customize systems using form editors, business rules, workflows, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
– Implement advanced customizations with Plugins, Custom Workflows, jQuery, JavaScript, XRM controls, and the UCI framework.
– Create dashboards and reports using out-of-the-box features or Power BI.
– Develop custom applications using PowerApps.
– Set up queues and routing rules based on skills, content areas, and agent availability for automated triaging.
– Enable multi-channel capabilities such as email, web, and portals.
– Develop self-service or custom portals with knowledge management features to allow users to submit and track queries.
– Integrate with ESB services, flat files, and other internal systems.
– Conduct unit testing, support integration testing, and resolve defects promptly.
– Maintain and support the production environment, addressing issues reported by business users.
– Perform regression, performance, and load testing.
– Analyze and document the impact of change requests or fixes.
– Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
– Participate in design and analysis meetings to support effective team decision-making.
– Assist with system and user acceptance testing and resolve related issues.
– Produce comprehensive technical documentation.
– Share best practices and insights from previous implementations.

Candidate Profile:

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
– Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Customer Service Hub, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portals, Power BI/SSRS reports and dashboards, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
– Over 8 years of relevant experience in designing and developing MS Dynamics and Power Platform solutions.
– Skilled in developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
– Experienced in designing and implementing business processes, plugins, and workflows.
– Proficient in creating custom entities and managing relationships between them.
– Experience managing multiple business units with data segregation and cross-access roles.
– Hands-on experience developing Dynamics self-service and custom portals, including integration with SharePoint for case management and knowledge sharing.
– Proficient in Microsoft .NET, C#, JSON, and jQuery.
– Familiar with Customer Service Hub, Unified Client Interface, Client API form context, and model-driven apps.
– Skilled in creating scheduled and custom SSRS reports using various data sources.
– Experienced in building automations with Power Automate and Power Apps.
– Capable of developing applications for Azure deployment.
– Experience managing large volumes of case and email records.
– Familiar with third-party tools for configuring, customizing, monitoring, and troubleshooting Dynamics applications.
– Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipeline automation.
– Experience with MS Forms Pro for survey automation is a plus.
– Experience developing self-service portals using Power Apps/Portals is a plus.
– Experience creating Power BI dashboards and reports is a plus.
– Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights, AI-powered dashboards, predictive analytics, and other AI-driven tools is a plus.
– Fluent in English.
