As a member of the Education & Content Delivery team, you’ll help shape and execute our shared vision and strategy to achieve key goals, including:
– Becoming the most trusted source of advice for small businesses and their advisors
– Leading the way globally in live customer content creation and delivery
– Playing a strategic role in driving Xero’s FY26 performance and future growth

You’ll design and deliver educational experiences aligned with our global strategy and priorities, supporting Xero’s growth ambitions. Your role will involve delivering engaging and effective live content as a lead presenter, creating world-class experiences that increase partner value and help users become confident and skilled with Xero.

You’re comfortable navigating uncertainty and can prioritize and resolve challenges effectively. You understand the importance of high-quality education and can manage the demands of a constantly evolving product while maintaining excellence.

What You’ll Do
– Develop a deep understanding of partner needs to create innovative, value-driven learning experiences
– Deliver world-class training through various methods, with a focus on in-person sessions, live webinars, and major event presentations
– Act as a lead presenter for special projects, including industry events like Xerocon and Xero Roadshows, product launches, and new educational content
– Create content to help new and existing partners and small businesses become proficient with Xero and its broader platform
– Represent and advocate for the Education & Content Delivery team and Xero
– Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to continuously improve our educational offerings
– Bring attention to detail, adaptability, initiative, and strong communication skills
– Track and report on content delivery to inform decisions and enhance user experience

What You’ll Bring
– A relevant accounting qualification (minimum AAT Level 3 or equivalent)
– Experience using Xero or similar cloud accounting software, with a passion for technology
– A strong track record of delivering impactful presentations to external or large internal audiences
– A passion for engaging and inspiring audiences through live training and support, with a focus on quality at every stage
– Excellent public speaking and facilitation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas
– A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working across teams to meet project deadlines
– Experience in an accounting practice is a plus, but not required
– Willingness and ability to travel within Xero’s operating regions for short periods
