At Sysdig, we see cloud security not as a trade-off, but as a commitment. Our mission has always been to help organizations innovate securely in the cloud, the right way.

We developed Falco, the open standard for detecting cloud threats, and continue to lead the industry with real-time insights, open-source innovation, and intelligent automation. Trusted by over 60% of Fortune 500 companies, Sysdig empowers teams with the clarity they need to move quickly and protect what matters most.

Culture is a priority for us. We believe that diversity leads to better ideas and that open communication results in smarter decisions. Recognized as a Best Place to Work and one of Deloitte’s fastest-growing companies for five consecutive years, we’re redefining what cloud security and workplace culture should be.

If you’re driven to dig deeper, challenge the norm, and build something better, Sysdig could be your next great opportunity.

What You’ll Do

– Lead internal communications that are clear, engaging, and inspiring, helping employees connect with our mission, culture, and strategy. Share updates across platforms like Slack and email, and collaborate with Marketing to create compelling visuals. Support content and logistics for company-wide meetings and leadership updates.
– Design and execute global engagement programs and events—both virtual and in-person—that create connection, belonging, and enjoyment for all employees, whether remote or office-based. Work closely with HR and office managers to bring meaningful moments to life.
– Collaborate across HR, Marketing, and business teams to align messaging, events, and cultural initiatives. Help ensure a consistent, inclusive, and impactful employee experience globally. This includes planning content and logistics for executive meetings, revenue kickoffs, and more.
– Manage recognition and culture programs, including “Best Places to Work” submissions. Coordinate communications, reminders, and surveys to celebrate accomplishments and highlight key cultural moments.
– Oversee project timelines, track milestones, and measure success for employee experience and communication initiatives. Report on event outcomes, engagement levels, and cultural impact.
– Partner with HR to enhance the onboarding experience. This includes welcome messages, buddy program communications, and cultural resources to help new hires feel welcomed and connected from day one.

What You’ll Bring

– Demonstrated experience in internal communications or employee engagement, ideally in a SaaS or fast-paced tech environment.
– Excellent writing and storytelling abilities, with the flexibility to tailor tone and style for different audiences and platforms while keeping messaging authentic and inspiring.
– Strong program management and event planning skills, especially for global and diverse teams.
– Comfortable working cross-functionally with HR, Marketing, and business stakeholders.
– A genuine passion for people and culture, and a love for creating communications and experiences that inspire and make employees feel appreciated.
– A creative mindset; design and visual communication skills are a bonus.
