We’re the team behind Spidergap and AirManual — both highly rated B2B SaaS products. Our latest project, Ukoru, aims to revolutionize how businesses manage people.

Ukoru

Ukoru is being developed to help:

– Employees receive feedback and grow personally

We’re currently prototyping and iterating quickly with feedback from hundreds of our existing customers.

Our engineering team is working in a greenfield environment, using modern technologies like NestJS, Tanstack Start, Tiptap, Hocuspocus, and OpenAI — free from legacy constraints.

Spidergap

Spidergap is a 360° Feedback tool used to collect feedback from colleagues, managers, and direct reports.

We’ve been the top-rated 360° Feedback tool since 2017 by:

Spidergap is used in over 134 countries by thousands of organizations, including Samsung, 3M, Sony, the NHS, the European Commission, Breville, Konica Minolta, and Philips.

Launched in 2020, AirManual helps businesses scale without constant stress. It provides tools for documenting and automating processes, team collaboration, and business health reviews.

We support over 100 businesses, including Asahi Beer, with strong traction in the accountancy sector. Like Spidergap, AirManual consistently receives outstanding reviews.

We plan to integrate AirManual’s strengths into Ukoru.

Is This Role Right for You?

You’ll primarily work on developing and supporting new features using TypeScript, NodeJS, React, and Postgres.

We follow clean code principles, agile methodologies, and continuous integration to efficiently deliver and improve features. Your attention to detail will help us impress customers and build a scalable, maintainable codebase.

Responsibilities

– Collaborate on solutions from design to deployment
– Write clean, modular, well-tested code
– Share ideas and raise issues to improve designs
– Conduct peer reviews and support team members
– Help improve development processes and tools
– Communicate progress, issues, and ideas clearly
– Contribute to delivering excellent customer support

Tech Stack (Ukoru)

You’ll mainly work on Ukoru, which uses:

– TypeScript
– React (Tanstack Start)
– NodeJS (NestJS)
– Hocuspocus/yjs for real-time collaboration
– Postgres

Occasionally, you may support our existing apps (Spidergap and AirManual), which include legacy technologies like Express, Create React App, AngularJS, Loopback, PHP, and MySQL.

What We’re Looking For

– Passionate about software development and life outside work
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, maintainable code
– 4+ years of JavaScript experience with production code
– 2+ years of React experience with production code
– Experience with SQL, HTML, CSS, and automated testing
– Bonus: Experience with TypeScript and/or NestJS
– Comfortable working full-stack and remotely

Location

– Fully remote — you’ll need a productive work environment
– Must be in a timezone between UTC -5 (New York) and UTC +6 (Dhaka)
