We are currently hiring an English-Expert Rater to help improve the quality of digital advertising. This remote role, based in India, involves working with a team of analysts, data scientists, and expert raters on high-impact projects for major global tech companies.

Key Responsibilities
– Evaluate and analyze English-language digital ads based on quality standards
– Establish and maintain rating guidelines to support AI model training
– Solve complex language-related tasks using provided instructions
– Work with cross-functional teams to enhance innovation and user experience

– Background or interest in AI training, translation, linguistics, or data analysis
– Strong understanding of U.S. culture, current affairs, and digital trends
– Analytical thinker with creative problem-solving skills and clear communication
– Passionate about language, technology, and internet culture
– Detail-oriented and curious about human interpretation and cultural context

Requirements
– Native-level fluency in English
– Must be currently living in India
– Proficient computer skills and a stable internet connection
– Familiar with online search tools and digital content platforms
– Able to work independently and meet deadlines
– Willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement and other required contracts

Experience & Qualifications
– Native-level fluency in English (spoken and written)
– Currently residing in India
– At least 2 years of experience as an Ads Quality Rater
– Education or experience in data science, analytics, applied/computational linguistics
– Familiarity with modern pop culture
– Reliable computer and internet access
– Comfortable using search engines
– Must sign standard NDA and Service Level Agreement
