OVERVIEW

We are looking for Content Reviewers to assess and improve summaries of customer reviews for businesses in English. This role demands strong writing abilities, keen attention to detail, and the capacity to distill and accurately summarize complex content while following specific guidelines.

As a Reviewer, you will use your expertise in writing structure, tone, and perspective to ensure summaries are coherent and consistent. You’ll also perform in-depth research to verify facts and enhance content clarity and readability.

This is a freelance position offering flexible hours, with task availability varying based on project demands. If you have a solid background in linguistics and are interested in applying your language skills, we’d love to have you join our team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

– Apply detailed rules related to writing structure, tone, and perspective to ensure summaries are consistent and well-organized.
– Research to confirm the accuracy of summarized content and ensure factual correctness.
– Edit and polish summaries to improve clarity, readability, and effectiveness in conveying key messages and sentiment.
– Adhere to content guidelines to maintain uniformity across all review summaries.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

– High proficiency in English (C1 level or above) in reading, writing, and comprehension.
– At least 4 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
– Strong writing skills with the ability to condense and summarize complex information.
– A university degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Linguistics).
– Skilled in applying advanced writing rules and techniques.
– Experienced in researching, fact-checking, and editing content for accuracy.
– Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in AI data handling.

Compensation: $18 per hour
