The Enterprise Accounting Success Manager will join our expanding Customer Success team to support our Enterprise clients using our Close Management platform. This team focuses on maintaining strong customer satisfaction and engagement to ensure clients achieve long-term success with our solution.

Professional accounting or audit experience will help the candidate quickly connect with enterprise customers by addressing accounting-related questions and scenarios during the post‑implementation phase, ultimately boosting adoption and elevating the overall customer experience.

This position requires working in the office three days per week, though this may change based on team and business needs as determined by leadership. This requirement will be reviewed periodically and may be updated.

What You’ll Do:
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders such as Controllers, Accounting Managers, CFOs, Business Systems/Operations, IT, and Internal Audit leaders within major enterprise accounts.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, product guidance, training, and consultative support to help clients achieve their accounting and close management objectives.
• Address client questions promptly, provide thorough product training, and conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Executive Leadership, and Professional Services teams, sharing insights based on enterprise client needs.
• Understand each client’s business requirements and relay product feedback to Product and Engineering to help drive satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Account Management on renewal strategies to maintain strong annual and quarterly retention levels.
• Coordinate recurring executive business reviews with senior leadership, conducted via Zoom and during strategic on‑site visits.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to expand opportunities within enterprise accounts and assist in closing new business or pilot projects.
• Work closely with Professional Services to deliver a smooth onboarding experience and ensure ongoing customer success.
• Develop deep expertise in our product and stay current on new features and enhancements.
• Lead in-person client meetings to grow account engagement, increase adoption, and reduce churn.
• Create and manage detailed strategic plans for each customer, outlining goals, timelines, expansion opportunities, engagement strategies, and product feedback.
• Recommend effective meeting cadences with key finance team members to understand their challenges and adoption levels.
• Track and forecast key metrics such as quarterly sales results, NRR, and CSQs.
• Provide additional support for new team members through client calls, training sessions, onboarding meetings, interviews, and escalations.
• Take on other responsibilities as needed to support company objectives.

What You’ll Bring:
• BA/BS in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 4+ years of private or public accounting experience
• Experience in a customer‑facing role
• Strong understanding of core accounting principles and procedures
• Experience working with public or large private companies
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical client stakeholders
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• Analytical thinking and strong problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent listening, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 30%

Nice-to-have:
• Customer Success or Account Management experience with corporate or enterprise clients
• CPA or similar professional certification
• Experience with FloQast or other close management platforms
• A strong passion for customer satisfaction, adoption, and long-term relationship building

This position’s base salary range is $96,000–$154,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus of up to 15% paid quarterly. In addition to base pay, FloQast offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, family planning benefits, life and disability insurance, unlimited vacation, and participation in our employee stock program. Pay and benefits may be adjusted over time. Candidates understand that compensation within the provided range depends on meeting role requirements and completing the interview process, and the company determines final compensation at its discretion.
