Entry-Level Operations Assistant (No Experience Needed) – Remote, Full-Time
Salary: $700–$900 USD/month starting, plus performance bonuses

Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible hours with 2–4 hours overlapping U.S. time

About the Role (Training Provided)
You’ll begin as an Operations Assistant, helping with purchasing, verifying purchase orders and invoices, and updating inventory. No experience is required—we’ll guide you through every step. Top performers will have opportunities to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

– Data & Admin: Maintain spreadsheets, organize records, file invoices, and create simple reports
– Orders & Inventory: Input inventory counts, track shipments, monitor stock levels, and help avoid stock shortages
– Quality Checks: Use checklists to confirm product details and document any issues
– Supplier Communication: Send emails, request quotes, and follow up on delivery timelines
– Tool Support: Learn the basics of Shopify, ShipStation, and Google Sheets (training included)

What You’ll Need (No Experience Required):

– Excellent attention to detail—you strive for accuracy
– Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or willingness to learn quickly
– Clear and professional written English
– Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
– Proactive mindset
– Ability to ask thoughtful questions and follow instructions carefully

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

– Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or ShipStation
– Experience with admin tasks or basic reporting
– Understanding of purchase orders or logistics
