This year-long program will help you begin your career as an Associate EWM Analyst, offering hands-on experience and industry-recognized certifications.

Starting on September 15, the program includes:

– An in-person orientation at our Live Warehouse Experience Center in Jacksonville Beach, FL.
– A 10-week virtual training course through SMLA, where you’ll learn to configure, test, deploy, and support SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions, working toward EWM certification.
– Ongoing on-the-job training throughout the year, including travel to client sites for real-world learning.

This program is a great stepping stone toward roles such as Consultant, Senior Consultant, Principal, and Management. Whether you’re a recent graduate or a Veteran transitioning to a civilian career, this is a valuable opportunity with a fast-growing company. Position Overview:

As an Associate EWM Analyst, you’ll work on client teams to configure, test, deploy, and support SAP EWM solutions. Your focus will be on learning the SAP EWM system, understanding its processes, and assisting more experienced team members. Throughout the apprenticeship, you’ll gain skills in system configuration, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, requirements gathering, and go-live support. Expect to travel 40-50% of the time to client sites for hands-on collaboration.

Required Education and Experience:

– 5–7 years of experience in Warehouse Operations or Supply Chain Management, OR
– 2–5 years of experience in the same fields with an SAP IEE2E or TS410 Certification, or CLA/CLT certification
– Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for Public Trust Clearance

Required Skills and Abilities:

– Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Ability to collaborate effectively in diverse, cross-functional teams
