We’re seeking enthusiastic people to help drive Octopus’s growth. You’ll be on the frontline, delivering exceptional support to our UK customers via email using our award-winning Kraken platform. Strong written communication and excellent people skills are essential.

What you’ll do:
• Provide exceptional, empathetic email support to our UK customers.
• Take full responsibility for customer enquiries, resolving issues end to end across billing, smart meter questions, and general account needs.
• Handle a high volume of enquiries, guiding customers through their journey.
• Suggest improvements, challenge existing processes, and contribute ideas to enhance customer experience.
• Support vulnerable customers with care and sensitivity.
• Become highly skilled in our Kraken platform.
• Explore your interests and develop specialist knowledge to progress within Octopus Energy.
What you’ll need:
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Strong creative problem-solving abilities and a willingness to think differently.
• Adaptability, resilience, and a desire to keep learning.
• A collaborative, team-focused attitude.
• Ideally, experience in customer-facing roles such as hospitality, retail, or other service industries.

Availability: This is a full-time role (37.5 hours), Monday to Friday, based on-site in our Wellington CBD office.
Salary: Starting at $55,500.
